Corporate Design & Design System
Challenge
Flux MES is a comprehensive Manufacturing Execution System developed for various devices and production levels. The primary challenge was to design a consistent and user-friendly interface adaptable to different devices and production conditions. The project included:

Development for four different devices: Desktop, tablet, portable displays, and scanners.

Support for three production levels: Each level presents unique user and device requirements.

Creation of a corporate design and design system: This needed to seamlessly integrate across different devices.​

Process
For this project, we worked with a Scrum methodology in a team consisting of a designer, a product manager, and several developers. My role as a designer involved:
Creating the Corporate Design
Developing a consistent Corporate Identity (CI) and Corporate Design (CD).
Introducing Juri and the Flux Fox as mascots to enhance brand identity and user engagement.
Developing the Design System
Building a modular design system that includes colors, fonts, layouts, and components for mobile and desktop applications.
Providing detailed guidelines for the application and combination of components.
Creating guidelines for user notifications and error handling.
Screen Designs for Various Modules
Designing user interfaces for the desktop application, tablet application, portable displays, and scanners.
Considering different requirements and conditions across various production levels.
Developing specific modules such as the Shift Calendar, Key Figures, Intra Logistic Client, and Tracking Client.
Integration and Optimization
Ensuring consistent application of the design system across all devices.
Adapting user interfaces to meet the diverse requirements of production conditions and device specifications
Solution
Flux MES offers a unified, user-friendly, and visually appealing interface across all devices. The implementation of the design system has delivered the following benefits:

Additionally, the brand identity has been reinforced through the mascots Juri and the Flux Fox, which enrich the user experience and support the corporate design.
Flux MES is now optimally aligned with the requirements of modern production technology, offering high usability and supporting efficient management and optimization of production processes
